An everyday object that invites you to pause, observe, and give thanks.
This double-sided placemat, hand-illustrated, was born as a tribute to what happens before food reaches the table. Each side tells a story, connecting the origin to the present in a single gesture.
On one side, the farmer: a representation of the silent work that sustains daily life. It is a reminder of the hands that sow, care for, and wait, understanding that every food is the fruit of time, effort, and a deep relationship with the land.
On the other, the food: a celebration of the diversity of the Colombian territory. The potato that grows in the mountain cold, the cassava that finds its strength in the Caribbean, and many other crops that, from different climates and geographies, converge in the everyday life of our kitchen.
Together, these two worlds create a dialogue between origin and table, between territory and culture.
A reminder that the everyday is also heritage.
More than a placemat, it is an invitation:
to be mindful with every bite,
to be present,
and to be grateful.
